We tell you how to cook the main ingredients, and suggest accompaniments such as rice, pasta, salad and vegetables to complete a meal. Some recipes, such as main meal salads and stir-fries, often need no accompaniments. Some recipes would be suitable for snacks or light meals. Ingredients which require marinating are marked with a symbol, so you know that you'll need to start preparations ahead or earlier in the day. All recipes serve 4 people, but can be easily adapted to serve more people, or fewer. Includes a pantry check list, speedy short cut section and extensive glossary.
