The demand for good, reliable recipes to use when cooking in microwave ovens prompted The Weekly to compile this book. It is divided into two sections. The first, for regular microwave ovens, includes around 200 recipes for a very wide range of dishes, from soups and mains to sweet things, jams and preserves. The second section is for Convection/Microwave ovens and contains about 70 recipes for dinners, baking, pastries, desserts and more. Please note that the recipe in this cookbook were tested on a 600g convection/microwave oven.
